Birdhouse Cards is a passion project in love and appreciation. My name is Yusuf Gallardo, and I started this company as a way to create a savings fund for my two younger brothers, Abel and Sami. At the moment, they are 13 and 11, and all proceeds from our cards will go directly to helping them save for their first cars, college funds, and anything else they may need as they get ready for the real world.

But just because it's for a good cause doesn't mean you won't love our collections. Our cards have been sold in specialty giftshops and online since 2016, and our customers buy again and again.

 

Our eye-catching 3D pop-up cards are laser-cut, and then assembled by hand. They pop up when opened, but remain flat when closed. The main object inside can even be removed for display, as some of our clients like to do.

 

Our beautiful quilling cards are carefully crafted by hand with hundreds of strips of paper, intricately separated by a special quilling pen to create a 3D image on a flat card that doesn't fold. These can be displayed on a shelf or a refrigerator like most flat cards. Their true detail can only be seen in person, and it leaves most recipients in awe.
